To start service:
- For residential service a deposit of $106 is required before service begins
- The customer whose name is on the account must provide a current picture ID
- The customer whose name is on the account must provide at least one permanent identification number such as Texas Driver's License, Texas identification card number, Social Security number, etc.
Deposits for commercial service may vary. Proper identification as listed above is required.
Bills are mailed on the last day of the month. Payment is due on the 15th or a penalty of 10% of the total Bill will be added. Delinquent bills that are not paid by 5 PM on the last day of the month they are delinquent for will be disconnected on the first day of the next month.
